Here at Life Body Soul Spirit we accept submissions for guest blog posts that fall into the categories featured on this site. We are looking for great content that we can share with my readers and followers on a regular basis, and we would like to post at least 2 guest posts per month on relevant topics. These can include:

Mindfulness
Happiness
Goal Setting
Positivity
Wellbeing
Lifestyle
Recipes

Guidelines

Content must be unique and original, not copy-paste material.

Articles should range anywhere between 300-800 words.

Content may be used elsewhere but we would welcome a link back to Life Body Soul Spirit if you post it on other sites or blogs.

You may include images and/or videos in your guest blog posts.

Author Biography

Along with your post, please submit a short biography introducing yourself that we can include at the bottom of your blog posts.

Biography Guidelines

2-3 sentences about yourself.

Optional: headshot or profile picture (80×80).

You may include up to 3 links to your website, blog, social media profiles.

Submission

Email me via hello@lifebodysoulspirit.co.uk with your blog posts in .doc or .pdf format including images and/or videos or links to videos along with your author biography and optional headshot and profile picture.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to review your blogs and post them on the site. Once they up on the site we will email you with the blog post link and links to your posts shared on our social media channels.
